Waiting for a certificate?

Are you missing certificates from courses you have completed? If so, this is where you can find out more information as to the where abouts of your certificates. Please choose from the relevant group below and follow the instructions from there.

I completed my course within the last 4 years.

If you wish to collect your certificates in person, please fill out the web form below, stating when you wish to collect your certificates. We require 24 hours notice, so please bear this in mind when you request collection. Once this has been confirmed, you can come into the college at Station Plaza and collect any certificates we hold for you. Please make sure to bring proof of ID, preferably a student card or other photographic identification.

If you are unable to come to Station Plaza in person, please complete the web form below. If you are unable to print this document, a hand written letter will be fine, just make sure to include the name of the person collecting the certificates in your place. Your representative will also need photographic ID.

If you completed your course more than 4 years ago, we can not assist you with obtaining your certificate. You will need to contact your exam board directly. The following links can be used to track down your exam results, and will have contact details to request a new certificate to be issued.
