Freshers and returning students on a University of Brighton course at Sussex Coast College Hastings are invited to attend any of the Hastings Fresher’s Week events.

Please carry your student ID or NUS Extra card during all events.

Within the next few days, an event map will be available on the Brighton University Student Union website, please also check this site in case any amendments have been made.

Special drink deals for wristband holders; collect yours from the Students' Union office @ University Centre Hastings, on Monday between 10am-3pm, or from an SU rep during the event. Pub crawl starts @ The Pig in Paradise and goes to JD Bar > The Tubman > John Logie Baird > Bar Moda > Ye Olde Pump House > Revolver Lounge > Venuu

WEDNESDAY 29th September

9.30am coach to Brighton Fresher’s Fair
Book a seat on the coach at the Students' Union office @ UCH, before 1pm on Tuesday 28th.

7.30pm-late @ Riley’s Snooker/Pool and Games night.
Free table play for the evening for University of Brighton students. Fun competitions to win cues and other prizes.

THURSDAY 30th September

10am-1pm @ University Centre Hastings
Hastings Freshers’ Fair; over £1,500 worth of prizes to be won.

8pm-late @ The Brass Monkey
American High School Disco.
Drink promotions and goodies, as well as your favourite tunes from your school days. A night not to be missed! An entry fee of £2 may be charged.

FRIDAY 1st October

1pm-4pm @ Hastings Skate Park
Skate and Rock. Bring a picnic and enjoy the stunts and music. BMXs will be provided. All details to be confirmed (an alternative event may be provided).
