On Wednesday 10th of March the College’s learners showcased a range of performances for the public.
Rachel Streeter's Enrichment group opened proceedings with an entertaining mix of Glee-styled pop performances. Academy 6 learner Jack Stevens’ followed, setting a very relaxed tone and featuring a surprise duet performed with a fellow Academy 6 learner. Beautiful harmonies filled the atrium as the two performed together unrehearsed. The band from the Pestalozzi Village then upped the tempo with their excellent drum-crashing, guitar-playing and vocal abilities (despite the badly tuned guitar!)
Dancers performed a variety of dance styles, from acrobatic gymnastics to beautifully executed traditional dances from around the world.
Kristian Domingo, Artur Organesyan, Robert George and Simon Cooper from the Art department were also at the event, shooting another stunning stop frame animation. Roaming around the college they involved bystanders and took over 600 photos which they have stitched together to create another amazing "Jump jump" film.
