How Easy success can be...
Former Air Cabin Crew student, Alfeeza Ladak, tells us about her new life working for Easy Jet.
I finished my course in June 2008 and proceeded to undertake numerous interviews with a range of airlines. During this time, I continued to up my personal skills, gaining further qualifications, whilst working in the retail industry and undertaking voluntary work to support my applications. I never gave up!
Finally, I attended an interview with Easy Jet, where I sailed through my training and gained my wings to win a permanent contract with the airline. I have literally flown around the world on all Easy Jet routes and have a fantastic working life. I enjoy every aspect of my job and am literally having the time of my life!
Kim Scott and Suzanne Hope, my former tutors at SCC, invited me to come back to college  to give a talk to current Cabin Crew students. My aim was to inspire them, represent Easy Jet and discuss all aspects of recruitment, training and working as Air Cabin Crew.
I had little direction in my life until I attended the interview for the Cabin Crew course at Sussex Coast College. I was inspired and motivated from start to finish and have the utmost respect for the tutors and the unconditional support they gave me. My life could not be better and I would like to thank the Travel Team, who supported me through my journey to success. I kept in constant contact with my previous tutors after I left and they continued to motivate me.
