Apprenterprise
A group of young SCC apprentices are starting their own business initiative, supported by Crossland and Dudson Training.
The apprentices, aged between 16-19, have set up a selling service called Clutter Busters, which helps people sell their unwanted items online. The seller gets 80% of the sale price after fees. The innovative group have also set up an 'IT Guru Bar', where visitors can have any aspect of modern technology explained to them at the bargain price of £5 for half an hour. Technophobes can also take advantage of a service to buy and set up a computer that is suitable for their needs. The apprentices are trained and supported by SCC partner, Crossland and Dudson.
