Whether you’re looking to become a travel agent, a tour guide, a holiday rep, or to work for a cruise company or airline, the level 2 Diploma in Travel & Tourism will increase your understanding of the world of possibilities in an industry where no two customers or destinations are the same. Topics include worldwide destinations, UK tourism, customer service, selling skills, interpersonal skills, and working overseas as a holiday advisor. We have excellent facilities to support learning, including a simulated reservation system with which you can check flight availability and make bookings. What do I need?

Two grade Ds in English and Maths and two grade Es at GCSE or relevant level 1 qualification. Satisfactory completion of your existing studies.

How will I be assessed?

You will be assessed throughout the course through role play, online testing, paper-based assignments, short-answer question sheets and direct questioning.
