This course is designed for those with little or no experience of teaching English in the contemporary ESOL classroom, who would like to take initial training as teachers of ESOL. It will equip you with the basic skills and knowledge needed to take up posts as ESOL teachers in a variety of settings.

Incorporating the PTLLS (Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector) qualification into the programme, provides you with initial preparation for teaching ESOL in the state sector in the UK as well as globally.
