Level 2
Good customer service is key to the success of any business or organisation. It’s one of those useful skills that makes a customer’s experience better.
As a customer service Apprentice, you’ll probably work at the front end of an employer’s business and regularly assist customers. Duties will vary between sectors, but in most cases you’ll be making sure that customers are dealt with in a positive, reliable and pleasant way.
Level 3
Completing this Apprenticeship is a way of providing evidence of skills that will serve you well in virtually any industry – so it’s a very good way to move forward, even if you’re still undecided about your future career.
What will I gain?
A nationally recognised qualifi cation in your chosen career. (To include NVQ L2, Tech Cert, Key Skills @ L1, ERR).
Who is it for?
An Apprentice working at the front end of a business generally assisting customers and keeping them happy.
What will I study?
How to deal with customers in a professional manner, and how to organise systems. You need to have patience and be a good communicator.
How is work assessed?
Your work will be assessed through observation in the workplace and by building a portfolio of evidence.
What can it lead to?
Advance onto the Level 3 and a qualifi cation that will serve you well in any industry.
How do I get onto the course?
Interview required for admission onto the course, plus confirmation of full-time employment.
