If you are keen to become a healthcare professional but lack the qualifications you need for university, an Access to Higher Education could be the ideal solution. This intensive one-year programme is designed specifically to prepare you for university and equip you with the skills you will need. With a heavy emphasis on both practical skills and research techniques, you will be given the opportunity to research areas of scientific interest to support your university application, as well as gaining plenty of scientific knowledge and understanding. Prior to the course you will undertake a one-to-one interview with the tutor and complete assessment days to ensure your ability meets the demands of the course.
