Four aspiring chefs will compete in the regional finals for FutureChef 2010 at the college in December. Students from Trinity Catholic High School, Dorothy Stringer School, Hove Park School and Blatchington Mill School were judged by Anthony Molnar of The Hilton, Ian Grout of Sodexo and Michael Bridger, chef and tutor at SCCH. Marks were awarded on creativity, presentation, menu balance, composition, taste, flavour and workmanship.
The competition is organised by The Springboard Charity, which supports learners into the hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism industries.
