Colleges Week Competition

This year’s Colleges'  Week celebrates the opportunities colleges create for individuals and businesses across Britain. We want to show how a world-class workforce comes from nurturing talent, helping individuals and businesses to achieve.

As part of our Colleges'  Week at Sussex Coast College Hastings we are launching a competition about sharing your skills.

THE COMPETITION
We would like you to produce a 1 minute lesson of any skill. All formats are welcome from film, to a series of images, or a list of instructions to voice recordings.

You could teach anything from flower arranging or fixing a puncture to making an omelette. The key is doing something innovative and fun. We will show the best ones on our website.

RULES
No flammable liquids, hazardous waste and chemical reactions.
No hazardous activities.
Lessons must be tasteful
...and remember it should take no longer than a minute to watch, read or listen to.

DEADLINE
The deadline for entries is Monday the 16th of November and anyone can take part.

PRIZE
The winning entry will win an iPod or a part time course worth up to £100!
A panel of educational experts will pick the winning entry.
