A Good Investment

The college has achieved the prestigious Investors In People award.

Investors In People is supported by the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) and monitors around 40,000 organisations across the UK. It awards organisations that have transformed performance and competitiveness through developing their staff.

To win the award, the college met strict criteria, including; business strategies, learning and development, management, leadership, recognition and reward, involvement and empowerment, performance measurement and continuous improvement.
